As a National Practice Leader based in the Dallas Office and the Southwest Region Executive Compensation Practice Leader, Bob provides consulting services in executive compensation, total rewards and performance management systems. Bob consults with management, CEOs, Compensation Committees and Board of Directors on a wide variety of compensation and human resource issues.

Prior to Hay Group, Bob was a managing consultant/practice leader and was considered a leading executive compensation consultant for PwC, KPMG and Towers Perrin. He was earlier associated with WestPoint Pepperell, Inc. and Shell Oil Company in senior level corporate human resource functions. He has also served as a combat officer in the U.S. Army and has been a Rotarian for over 25 years.
Bob is a member of WorldAtWork, the North Texas Compensation Association, Dallas Human Resource Management Association, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals, Maquire Energy Institute, George W. Bush Institute, UP Leadership Council and the Dallas Business Forum. He also is designated as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP). Bob has conducted numerous presentations, seminars and workshops and authored human resource articles for publication.
Bob earned an M.B.A. degree with honors from Emory University and received a B.B.A. degree from Texas Tech University. Additionally, he has attended the London Business School for graduate work in International Business.
